If the critical path is giving less EXP than needed this just seems like bonus EXP. How I would have promoted it is being able to take on a challenge without the bonus EXP. 000

Travis Lynn @travisepic.bsky.social · 30/04/2026I do however miss the clash mechanics from the two previous games. Having to randomly mash buttons or rotate your analog stick in the middle of combat made it feel engaging even in the turn-based format. Beam struggles are also hype. 000

The game overall feels like MHS version of Dragon Age Inquisition, which I adore. The idea of restoring animal habitats as the MC is amazing and I want more games like that. 111

Travis Lynn @travisepic.bsky.social · 21/04/2026The quality of the game is noticeable. QOL adjustments with mount swapping, gene splicing, and just menu nav is great. The more dynamic movement being able to dive off your mount and having it catch you mid-air is hype. 110

Fun little games.I didn't feel super incentivized to play the post-story, without NG+ etc, I'd rather just jump to the next game. Going into MHS3 blind I didn't realize how different it was going to be. I'm really happy with the improvements. 110
