Microsoft has added transparency and border formatting to Pie & Donut charts... but neither of these features are actually useful (features for the sake of features) and can even make your Pie & Donut charts WORSE for your viewers. traversdata.com/howto/how-to...

I confess that I just work better when a project has organization, clarity, and vision... so I try and bring that to everything. (yes, it's totally selfish.) Start with a vision/goal (what your team, staff, clients need from your data to make their lives easier) and then EVERYTHING becomes easier.
