P3: we cut to that very man, to reveal that he is very much based on Columbo. He looks up with laid back expression on his face, as he holds a megaphone in his right hand.

P4: we close in on Columbro, as he raises the megaphone to his mouth and says "g'wan... dew eht"

P5: the pov shifts to a rear view of the unhinged guy, in silhouette. He holds the shoe up in both hands, which form a sort of team around Colm Bo.

The unhinged guy goes "AHH-HAHAHA H-- wait what"
