FA is a cornerstone for the furry community whether you like it or not. The nature of it being a dedicated gallery site not dictated by algorithms is a blessing. It's not perfect, no website is. But as someone who has been mostly critical of them, I still want FA to be up and running.

I say this and I mean it. The fandom and it's artists will be fundamentally worse off if we lose FA. We need a place without algorithms, profit/data harvest incentives, and politically motivated CEOs. The fandom literally cannot support hiding in your curated discord or your highly niche bsky feed.
