Learning about the best/worst named bird I've ever seen.

Screenshot I took from Wikipedia showing a species known as a "Wilie wagtail". They are a small bird that's primarily black with white underparts though its more notable feature are the small stripes of white feathers above each eye giving it "angry eyebrows" of sorts.

YouTube decided to recommend a vintage video showing a psychological experiment involving ducks to me of all things and it is interesting to see how their imprinting works. They even used a rabbit at one point and the rabbit was like "??? Ok I guess I have a weirdly shaped child now"

I would say I'm not sure how I feel about how forward facing the eyes are on most of these goats but there was once a real species of goat that had eyes like that so not really fair artistic criticism

Btw unicornfish are named as such because some species have this horn coming out of their head (see attached image). The species in the post though was (I think at least) a sleek unicornfish so it didn't have this structure.

Honestly the only fan gaming project I can think of that came out somewhat recently that I know didn't use AI is a Pokemon Fire Red romhack called Pokemon Ghost Grey. Heck, this is what the hackdex download page looks like:

You're joking... Context: Since I've been feeling yucky I've been playing a Pokemon Ghost Grey (a romhack of Pokemon Fire Red). This particular game lowered the shiny rate to 1/65536 encounters (official Pokemon games use a rate of I think 1/4096 encounters) and I still somehow came across one.

Dang it I noticed a two tiny errors on this (must have pressed the z key a couple times too much since that's my undo button). You will barely be able to make it out the fix but behold the same drawing a second time in 6 hours!

The same drawing as described in the quoted post but two things on the front facing ref seen on the bottom left of the image have been adjusted: the glasses no longer have the background color leaking into them and a small black line on Toni's stomach has been removed.

Shout outs to the dick pic posting users that think of adding "#nsfw" to their post but not labeling it as NSFW with the actual feature (see attached image) because it proves the auto mod is so sexist even telling it directly "this is nsfw" doesn't make it realize something unwoman shaped is nsfw.
