To mark #WorldFoodDay, we’re calling on the UK Government to make sure new deforestation laws work with farmers, not against them. The food and drink we love most - chocolate, coffee, and more - depends on millions of smallholder farmers.

Trade democracy is common sense - but currently, the UK Parliament has no guaranteed right to debate or vote on deals - and the current government is yet to set out its trade strategy. We unpack all this and more in our latest blog: www.transform-trade.org/blog/trump-t...

The Trump administration's wave of worldwide tariffs is the biggest upheaval to world trade in 100 years. Workers and producers in the Global South are likely to be hardest hit. Bangladesh is facing 37% tariffs, Sri Lanka 45%, Cambodia 49%.

The right to share and save seeds is under threat - and a little-known trade mechanism called UPOV91 is to blame. And to make matters worse - UK trade deals are complicit in spreading this around the world. Find out more and take action here: www.transform-trade.org/seeds-campaign
