In fact ,it is expressly FORBIDDEN by law!! AND can be considered a capital offense under 18 USC § 241.
ALSO, under 18 USC § 242 it is proscribed to commit acts as a DEPRIVATION OF RIGHTS UNDER COLOR OF LAW.
If death results, the offender shall be fined, imprisoned or "may be sentenced to DEATH."
