Yesterday we hiked up Annie’s canyon trail to the tree line shown at the top of the photo. There was a mom with 4 small kids including a toddler and an infant in a carrier ahead of us. Mama superpowers is the only explanation of how they made it up the steep, narrow, vertigo-inducing terrain.

The Netflix description of this movie- woman finds evidence to prove death row inmate’s innocence. I naively assumed it was a feel good movie about the system working which is the exact opposite of the story. My hubs watching me ugly crying before bedtime wasn’t the way I wanted to end my day.
