I'd love to keep one for myself so I can see how it'll work up in something, but these babies must earn their keep, so none for me!

This is because the colourways will move beautifully into one another with little effort, as each one contains a colour from the one before and the one after (e.g. if you start with Pink/Coral, the colourway before that contained Pink (Magenta/Pink), and the colourway after it contains the Coral (Coral/Yellow)).

The rainbow in the swatches moves from the top down through neon magenta, pink, coral, yellow, green, aqua, lavender, purple, and back to magenta, then repeats. Both swatches have two repeats, showing how the bundle can go round and round and round, in any direction you like, and starting from any point in the bundle, which is what makes it 'infinite' 🌈

Five twisted skeins of Salt Witch hand dyed yarn. It’s a variegated colourway which uses neon chartreuse, turquoise, and dark neon green dyes.

Five twisted skeins of Fruit Salad Feast hand dyed yarn (think: the sweetie, rather than a bowl of nutritious fruit). It’s a variegated colourway which uses neon yellow, neon orange, and neon pink.

The hand dyed yarn, Rainbow Overlord, is a variegated neon rainbow, twisting around and around. The heel and toe are in a bright light neon green. The pattern is Mina’s Vanilla Sock Recipe, with a garter stitch heel instead of stockinette (no adjustments made, just knit every row, makes a lovely heel!).

That 0.001g is going to haunt the rest of my day 🫠 If you’re wondering wtf I’m doing - I’m getting ready to blend acid dye powders together in a pestle and mortar for custom coloured speckles! 🥳 #indiedyer

Some small black digital jeweller’s scales with silver buttons show 2.001g on the display; a tiny plastic tub with 2.001g of acid dye powder is sitting on top of the weighing area. Tracey was aiming for 2g of dye to grind up in a pestle and mortar to make a custom colour for speckling 🧶

2.001g is pretty damn close, but it’s haunting not to have hit a perfect 2.000g… 🫠
