I've been playing through Mina the Hollower since last week and I've been having a blast, I actually restarted my save file several times to beat the "scripted loss" boss fight at the beginning of the game and it's so worth it tbh. Also Blaststrike Maul is the best weapon, fucker looks badass

I beat the true final boss in Silksong and got 100% completion in like 43 hours. That ending cutscene had me screaming a bit ngl, this is actually the peak of Metroidvanias even if it is unforgiving a lot of the time.

*Silksong Spoilers* . . . . . . . . . . . . . Man what is that run back to the Last Judge, I'm glad i got it on like the 4th try the run back would've messed up my sanity if I got really stuck on that boss. I'm scared to know if the Final Boss or something has a run back worse than that lmao

Me when I don't know how game development works. Look at Geralt in early trailers versus in-game, the "fan backlash" came from a loud minority of chuds lmao

Giving myself the good anxiety by playing Dead Space Remake, it's 75% off on Steam rn until the 27th so nab it if you haven't yet. (Pic not related)

I just beat the low-rank final boss, this whole campaign was very on-rails but at least it's still way better than World's low rank. Can't wait to see what's past the tutorial, happy hunting hunting y'all.

Dead Space 2 done and dusted. If you were expecting any hot takes from me you'll be sorely disappointed. All I have is the hard cold truth, this game is peak. Curse EA for cancelling their DS2 remake, they had a real good thing going for them

Just beat Bioshock, phenomenal game. I played it years ago but I didn't finish it, the game really deserves all the hype it's gotten. I'm moving to Bioshock 2 now, feeling pretty excited about this one too.
