I know the movie’s a bit of a mess but it’s probably Mr Akadin AKA Confidential Report

Still from The Holy Mountain (1973), dir. Alejandro Jodorowsky. A figure dressed in white, wearing a wide-brimmed hat and a gold medallion, sits on a chair. Their face is partly obscured by the hat, and they have long, light-colored hair. Two goats with black and white fur stand on their hind legs on either side, appearing almost human-like. The background is a stark yellow wall with black and white columns framing the composition.

Screenshot of two tweets. The second tweet, by cherry juul pod (@DISRESPECT), responds: “I actually love this metaphor because it’s a fake target and you’ve put it there yourself.”

Screengrab from Brewster's Millions (1985): Two men with shocked expressions in a lively bar scene. The man on the left (Richard Pryor) in a baseball jersey and cap, mouth open in surprise. The man on the right (John Candy) in a Hawaiian shirt, also with mouth open wide. Dimly lit background with other bar patrons and a hanging lamp overhead.

Repost with one of the greatest villains in cinema history #filmsky *applies to both the central character and the director of the film
Andy Griffith as “Lonesome” Rhodes in A Face in the Crowd (1957, dir. Elia Kazan). Close-up of a man with a wide, intense open-mouthed expression, head tilted slightly back. Crowd blurred in the background, suggesting an audience. High contrast lighting emphasizes his features and creates a dramatic, almost manic intensity.

You've been kidnapped. The characters from the last tv show you watched are trying to rescue you. Who is coming to save you?
Poe (played by Chris Conner) from the science fiction series Altered Carbon: Man in vintage-style attire with a mustache, holding a shotgun in one hand and a glass of whiskey in the other as if toasting the viewer. Dimly lit background with wooden cabinet and decorative key hooks. Moody lighting, intense expression, and 19th-century aesthetic.

In this case, turned into a literal cartoon villain in a very thinly veiled protrayal as a cavalry martinet.
Cover of Les Tuniques Bleues No. 35, titled Captain Nepel, published in 1993, featuring a cartoonish depiction of a stern Union cavalry officer with an eyepatch, walking arrogantly through fort gates. Two soldiers stand to the right: one is red-faced with anger and being restrained by the other. In the background, a Native American scout, an African American army cook, and a figure presumably of Chinese descent in stereotypical attire walk out the gate, glancing back at Nepel with distrust (the depictions of these three POC are themselves clichéd and caricatured). The title character’s name, “Nepel,” is an anagram of “Le Pen,” referencing the far-right French politician and reflecting the villainous portrayal of the officer. The comic was written by scenarist Raoul Cauvin and drawn by artist Willy Lambil.
