I initially thought that Gary, until I realised nearly all the covers have that central glow for the monster collection haha, but I agree that I’m leaning more towards season 16 than 11.

It’s where I’m leaning too. I just hope the segments are correct ha! One of the segments never majorly appeared, only as part of the complete cube. The 1st, 3rd, 4th, 5th, & 6th are accurate to the stories they appear in but when the 2nd appeared it was identical to the 4th, & that’s impossible.

Guess that would depend on what to do with Marco Polo. Although they’ve always said they wouldn’t be guided by the animations, the fact they’ve held off this long though, and only have two complete series to go, they may as well finish those first.

I’m guessing we’ll get a September announcement for a November release. Probably the last Pertwee or last T Baker season. Still think they’ll hold off on seasons 1,3,4,5,6.

I remember it well. The fact that the “retrieve the doctor” segments got harder the more you saved. Started to learn the better order to play them, certainly don’t try 2,3,6,7 last haha.

NT: Now here’s one of the last great stories from the Gary era. They don’t make them quite like this anymore which is a shame. Creepy, violent & a bit of gore too which is not usually my bag, but on audio I can handle it. Great to have Bernard Kay back one more time as well. Great to relisten again.

PP: Not for me this one. Occasionally there’s a few funny things like the Dr having a dig at the BBC over the way Colin was treated by them & the fact that William Hartnell was essentially in this story (Billy) but was dumped by Ep 2. Just an odd story all round. Not even Hellraiser could save this.

OT: Great fun this one even the outrageous French accents 😂. The odds of all 3 leads having doppelgängers in the same place has got to be rare but still works & the scenes between 8 & Georgina are lovely. Great characters & performances. My favourite line has to be “you’re thinking that I’m a tart!”

SINGULARITY - The Sound of Drums & Last of the Time Lords, but 2 years early. Totally forgot that this is what the story was about. Pretty decent story as well with a nice touch at the end by the Doctor. Some great voice actors and on a side note, I always quite liked the alternate cover.

SCAREDY CAT - Despite how long it’s sat on my shelf, this is the first time I’ve heard the story in full, & honestly, it’s not too bad. Was certainly interested as to what was going on. Maybe the ending didn’t quite land, but generally an ok story. The CD cover for the story was an odd one though.

LIVE 34 - I love this experimental phase of BF. Who’d have thought to tell a story entirely in radio broadcasts & for it to be such a brilliant tale. Love the format as well in terms of each lead having their own episode. I also like how the story unfolds, & how all the truth comes out in the end.

I’ve been on a 1-2 meals a day diet as things just spiralled after Covid. Lost my first 17lbs over 6 weeks. It also depends what your poison is sometimes with weight. For me it’s bread and chocolate, so I’ve cut back on those. Walking is good if you can do a couple of 1 hour walks a day.

TERROR: haven’t re-listened yet but such is the brilliance of this story that it’s lodged itself firmly in my brain. A great piece for Davros, & the two hander between him an 8 is glorious. Secret companions, brill. As for Earth, blimey. Gemma’s end was a bit vague though, only find out from C’rizz.

THICKER: Totally forgot the flashback of Evelyn leaving Sixie, I thought her leaving was dealt with “off screen” in later stories. Glad it did have a resolution. As for Mel, poor bugger, got punched twice & thrown down a lift shaft! Such a lovely epilogue for Evelyn & 6, totally on verge of tears.
