1st day of chemo and it’s abit shocking how quickly the side effects are setting in come night time. Was not expecting it cus I read that the norm is usually day 3-4. Rly hoping the effects come fast and past faster. Already feeling like my body weighs a ton 😪

Biggest takeaway with life atp is realising I get a new day to keep making art, the best gift I can ask for that I used to take for granted 🥹🎨🙏🏻 Prolly be the only reason I’m being put onto this earth for. Given it’s the only thing my gremlin brain is good at focusing on 🤣

Yeah also lucky I decided to have it check out after monitoring for a couple days since the symptoms won’t go away. Haha yeah I mean mine was pretty obvious given the fam but I think what’s scarier is that it can also randomly happen even if there’s no family history 😔

Yeah tho it’s not exactly unexpected cus in hindsight I’ve always suspected it might run in the genes given that my dad and his dad passed from it, and another living uncle having it as well but they’re all deep in vices addiction. In hindsight just glad my body decided to show more obvious alarm-

IM CRAI HEPPI - Doc just called to say PET scan be all good and clean!!! Oh lord I can finally breathe and kick scanxiety in the butt 🙏🏻😭✨ Tho I still gotta go for preventive chemo, at least it’s one big worry gone and I can focus on dealing with just chemo. A win is a win, I’ll take it 🙆🏻‍♀️❤️✨

Partly also I’m prioritising the designs for now as they’ve given me my chemo start date and productivity is gonna be an all time low when I start treatment. Could still slowly continue with wips but given the likelihood of brain fog and who knows what other side effects, designing would be hard.
