So after idiotically sewing the right leg body liner seam to the left leg baffle, I got to unstitch that and resew it. The legs are done! Just the arms to go now and the body will (should...) be done!

Dante's Inferno hath no hellscape like sewing all these pieces together. ☠️ How something so cute and soft could be so torturous, is beyond me. Sometimes I wish I had a boyfriend (or girlfriend I guess😅) if only to help me wrangle such projects. But alas, it seems I must suffer alone for my art.🐑🐑🐑

The kobold onesie is done! Features a big plush tail and horns. Only had enough material to make it from the crotch up. 😅 Which is totally fine. This style is always fun to make! But I do prefer full body ones. My legs get cold...🥶 I have now been up for 22 hours and it's finally time for bed! 😴

One arm done! Nothing too exciting. It's basically the same as the leg but smaller. 😅 But I share these updates to show that I am putting at least a couple of hours of work into this thing every work day plus 6-12 hours every day off! Gotta get this sheep finished!!! 🐑🐑🐑🐑🐑

1.75 completed sheep legs! 🐑🐑🐑 I have been working on a pattern and then making feet hooves for about 12 hours now. They are done. I think they're pretty cute! And that is all I am going to sew today. 😴

How To Sew Like A Professional Step One: Get an old transformer to use as a pattern weight. Mid century Hewlett Packard is my preferred vintage. Step Two: Lamps! You can never have enough light. Forget fabric and thread and all that junk. All you really need are lamps!

Sheep leg! 🐑 Sewed one seam wrong, unstitched, sewed it wrong a second time...🤬, unstitched, sewed it all the right way! 🥳 Shape not quite right...😣 unstitched five seams, adjusted some pieces, sewed it back together, and now I think it's good! This is why I like working from existing patterns! 😅

I knew sewing the ears on by hand would suck, but it was even worse than I imagined. It's not like regular fur where you can trim and brush it out of the way. I fear I greatly underestimated the sheer amount of time required for this project. 😅🐑🐑🐑

This monstrosity has grown to be very complex. I sew less like an artist and more like an engineer! 😅 Four zippers so far and 13 baffles to secure polyfill. I figure I'm about 10% done so far.

When I sew internal zippers such as on liners, I like to leave these little pockets to tuck the pulls into. More comfortable that way. But I forget not to cut them open all the way 90% of the time. 😅 But this time, I remembered! On three whole zippers!

I have made liquid gold! Auric Chloride. I also made stannous chloride to test it out of curiosity. Very neat to see this bright yellow liquid, but gonna have to precipitate it out and see what sort of tiny bead I end up with. 😅

I have been sewing for pretty much 12 hours straight! ☠️ I can finally take a break. 😩 Also, if anyone has any leads on BIG eyes for enormous plushies, hit me up! I have no idea what I'm going to do for his eyes. 😅
