4️⃣ Detach from the Concept: A game concept is not your child. It is a product. If data proves the concept can't be funded or doesn't have a clear audience, consider saving it for later. Emotional attachment kills projects.

3️⃣ Assess Your Resources: Do you have the means to start and complete production? Do not put your rent or bills at risk. Running out of funds is the fastest way to ensure your game never ships.
