I had an epiphany today. Someone invited me to their Thanksgiving full knowing I am likely going to be with my bf and his family. Then it hit me: it doesn't matter how badly I screw up or how low I'll get knocked down. I have a huge support network now. I don't need to fear the unknown anymore.
