they were in legacy versions of lobotomy, The name they use in the walpurgis is for some reason their Old name that got changed while lobotomy made the jump out of Legacy. makes me curious if we might see the remove violet dusk from legacy.

I think it just that its something not many people outside of the direct space want to draw, even if they don't have a moral issue with it. Everyone has those things. For me Im very kinky, but wont never draw anything involving sex or sexual organs because im asexual and simply dont like that stuff.

i think the reason for this is just the simple fact this is abdl without the furry. not to say theres less people there, just that the furry element means engagement in online spaces. a lot of these people probably stick exclusive to IRL connections, which likely is lesser than in the past.

while i don't think the first ban should have happened, that did make the second a bit more of an inevitability. I remember thinking that it would probably be the result when I had saw them make a second account. ban evasion is something they will ban for. which while not right, isn't no reason.

I'm pretty sure, does pokemon content / has a pokesona doesn't equal likes Pokemon as a franchise. Me personally I don't even own a single Nintendo console and have always found the mainline games really unappealing both gameplay and setting-wise. Like Pokémon as a species and concept though.

it feels like a fuckin inescapable hole to bet everyone on an uncertainty, especially when you don't know how you'll even live. Its easy to get caught up in it and never actually take any steps to remedy it. But once you do it gets atleast somewhat easier.

i got mostly through having multiple options and paths i worked towards at once. Doing music online was just the card i was able to draw from the deck and not one I bet on, at the same time that happened I was still figuring out disability aid, applying to local jobs, volunteering in town.

I'm a lot younger, but im autistic, and i live in a rural region. I felt pretty fuckin screwed in life for awhile, especially when i felt like i wasn't actually learning what i needed for my degree, and my conditions would prevent me from getting a remedial job.

while i've worked hard to be able to do what I do, it was still something heavily decided by luck. choosing the right projects and places that got eyes on me. Theres no skill, and no justification on that. And likewise, it wasn't something i was persuing till it was handed to me by luck.

what options are available to you are going to differ based on where you live, But i'd recommend trying to think seriously on other options and backups. The online commission game is pretty much as luck-based as any type of career on the internet. I work in music online, and that is through luck.

But if not, find a reason to enjoy it, and still want to do it regardless. Because only you need to appreciate your own art for someone to appreciate it. And the value you place on it yourself and the gain of the process should be the actual reward over any monetary gain.

If you keep a mindset where you 'must' make money from your art... your likely going to kill any and all passion you have for the craft. Take a breath, step back, and find the time to draw just cause you want to draw. if down the road you can make money from it, great!

I myself I don't do DL art, but I do more traditional painted art. Spent 6 years refining A style... and I don't even offer commissions, And have no intent to. Only even post stuff in Discord. Because art is expression, and It becomes less that if you try to force into comms and stuff.

as a best word of advice I can give, Approaching art with the intent to make money off of it is a really dangerous idea. A lot of the people you are envious of right now likely didn't get their audience to make money, it instead became a natural option with just their hobby.

person that actually makes videos here! Its actually a lot less in the hands of the creator than it used to. Youtube tends to automatically put a bunch at the start of long-form content and then less past that point. Creator has no say really in where youtube automatically places ads.
