Layer 6: Final layer and it’s a last recess shade made of 1:1 khorne red and vulkan geeen just placed into the recesses around the lips and eyes as well as between the fingers, it again helps to draw the eye towards these areas a bit more whose breaking up the pure green

The final layer down on the ork skin! Hope you enjoyed!

Layer 5: Another subtle layer of 1:1 ogryn camo and cadian fleshtone, thinned and washed over soft areas such as the fingers and lips, as well as eyebrows, it helps to add a little variation and still lightens up those areas

Layer 4: A more subtle change this time but using coelia geeensgade placed into the depths of the muscles/creases to give a very slightly darker depth to them all

Layer 3: A highlight of ogryn camo thinned down to a glaze using Lahmian medium, then placed into the more raised areas of the model such as along any ridges around he face or or the peaks of muscles

Layer 2: A light shading layer of that base layer in a 1:1 mix with ork flesh to dark it a little, then thinned down aggressively with Lahmian medium to the point that it’s thinner than a regular GW shade. This is then just painted across all skin areas to apply shade to recesses.

The shade layer in place immediately helps to pick out some of the muscle forms and details

Layer 1: A base layer of a 1:1 mix of skarsnik geeen and averland sunset. (It may take a few thin layers as its quite a light colour especially if placed over a black primer like I have )
