l've been with company for almost 3 years, have a strong performance record, and have been encouraged by my manager to apply for a higher role. I'm still really anxious about losing my job. Has anyone been through something similar? What was the outcome?

I'm currently under an HR investigation for gossiping about a coworker. I showed two coworkers a link to her criminal history, and someone reported it. There was no malicious intent, and I admitted to HR that it was wrong and expressed regret.

I study my background and practice my stories beforehand, but when the pressure hits, I freeze, panic-ramble, and fail to get the offer. After 4 failed interviews, I’m at a loss. How do you break this cycle and stay calm?

Does anyone else completely blank during interviews? From the moment I hear "Tell me about yourself," my mind goes into fight-or-flight mode. Even though people say not to memorize responses, I feel forced to because I can't think on my feet.

Not to beat a dead horse, but this economy is brutal. It feels like even people earning solid, high-paying salaries are struggling to keep up. Are you able to maintain your standard of living on just your main income, or have you had to pick up a side hustle just to make ends meet?
