I mean, everyone knows this right? That the guy who signed the articles of incorporation for the Manhattan institute also illegally sold American anti-tank and anti-aircraft missiles to the Iranian Revolutionary Guards right?

If they’ve already left then what’s the threat? It sure hasn’t stopped them from spending money here. Brinn can move to a mansion just over the state line, but the Googleplex isn’t going anywhere. If Prop 40 fails, the only hospital in my town is going to close. It’s very much a local issue.

Prop 40 imposes this tax on billionaires who were resident in the state on January 1, 2026, so even if they move to Nevada, which they won't, it wouldn't relieve them of the obligation to pay this tax.

Literally the entire body of evidence that has been produced by anti-trans researchers is web surveys of biased convenience samples.

They take advantage of journal editors' proclivity to encourage scientific debate. They get letters published that highlight mundane limitations, ignore the responses from authors explaining their methodological choices, and launder the critique through Twitter by claiming the study is "debunked."

I work in adolescent health science, and it is endlessly frustrating that normal people don’t understand that there is no science at all behind the campaign to end gender-affirming care. The only original research that they produce are web surveys of convenience samples.

This review and Dr. Swan's earlier work are not without their critics, but MAHA loves these results so you don't hear much about the critics. Consensus view of a secular trend of lower sperm counts is "Maybe." But Levine et al. doesn't include data on teen boys because there aren't any.

This is what drives me absolutely bananas about Kennedy repeatedly saying this. THESE DATA DO NOT EXIST. No one, absolutely no one, is collecting nationally representative data on the sperm counts of teenage boys. The whole idea is ludicrous if you think about it for three seconds.

Screenshotting this and alt texting all of it since it will most likely get deleted because Hammam is Palestinian. It deserves to be seen and not erased.
A post by Hammam, a known Palestinian nurse here. It is a wuote by an account of a man named Nathan Kalman Lamb who is posting an excerpt from an article. The article reads:

Examining the bodies returned to their people after the most recent so-called ceasefire, Palestinian doctors noted that, in some bodies "the rib cage and ribs were clipped with a sharp saw—a medical saw, a bone saw-and the sternum, along with the central part of the ribs, [were] lifted to allow for the removal of the heart and lungs without damage to the organ being taken." Organ procurement, with few exceptions like skin and cornea, requires that the body be either alive-via brain death-or just-dead—via circulatory death. It is plausible that some Palestinian prisoners' torture led to brain death. It is also possible their torturers felt no need to wait. Palestinian witnesses have reported that some prisoners were alive at the time they were taken for organ extraction. In one batch of bodies, the organs removed were those commonly transplanted: heart, liver, lungs. The transplant surgeon waits for a person to die; the soldier can't. The settler surgeon wields his mastery over the body to serve the state. Here, the surgeon acts as-is—a soldier.

Nathan says hes honestly speechless.

Hammam quotes him to say:

The director of the hospital where I work, Al-Shifa Hospital, stated that the occupation forces returned the bodies of women whose organs were missing. Another source also reported that the occupation forces were using a school in northern Gaza to detain women & civilians and harvest their organs
