Me: Can't wait to draw more this year! Also me: Got sick for a whole week after just 1 drawing and still too dead to hold a pen for 5 mins💀

Black Knife Tiche, my favorite #art #EldenRing #soulsborne

Waist-up painting of Tiche. The Tarnished's hand is gently reaching under her hood where her face would be. Tiche holds up her dagger against the Tarnished's arm.

koi fish but as a dragon

Illustration of some koi fish and a dragon that's based on the legend of a carp swimming up a waterfall. If a carp successfully swims up then it turns into a dragon

Some don't know it's a long ongoing story so I compiled all the previous years! It began in 2017, will see how long I can keep this going!

Unpopular motivation hack for drawing: Start drawing immediately, even if it feels impossible. After 15 minutes, your brain will recognize the difficult task and create dopamine to help you keep going. Agonizing endlessly before the drawing doesn't help your creative process.

And if you don’t know, now you know! 🚫GenAI on Bluesky 🦋☁️

I came across an outdated guide on image grid sizing crop/proportions for bsky earlier, and I felt it was important to create an updated version! Please use this new guide instead!

Up-to-date BlueSky Crop Aspect Ratio
Crop Sizes for Bluesky as of 18 Oct 2024

By default, single images are uncropped. If image is too tall (Exceeds the 1:2 aspect ratio) then it will be cropped. Single images that are too tall may be scaled down but aspect ratio is preserved

With two images, both of them share a square aspect ratio of 1:1

For three images, the first image is square (1:1) while the other two are half-squares (2:1)

And for 4 images, all of them are 3:2
