shrimps on a trip! 🍊🫐 ( #artfight2026 attack for @nikkoyen.bsky.social ) #splatoon #splatoonOC #fruitshrimp #art

illustration i made during artfight 2026 for my friend yen! it depicts yen and i's splatoon OCs riding the subway together at sunset.

on the left, you can see minatoast and ash having a chat amongst themselves. across from them is ranchu, who is looking away with contempt.

the middle of the illustration features comet and wakin; wakin is pointing at shades and sydney, who are listening to music together.

standing at the train doors on the right is morgan and the idol gels (who is disgused). the two of them are looking at shades and sydney with curiosity.

the subway itself was based on the one at the start of splatoon 3, and features two posters: one of my toni kensa OCs (oreo and lee), and one of gels performing at a concert (which is obscured by sydney.)

since I’m slowly drawing more I’m celebrating 84 day with art eeee! happy 84 day! I still dream about agent 8 and 4 in side order together orz ✨ #splatoon #splatoonOC

A drawing of OCs Skip and Hal as agents to celebrate 84 day. Hal as Agent 8 is dressed in the Side Order gear with a Stringer hanging on his back from Shiver’s Palette. He is carried by Pearl Bot, but also grasps onto Skip. Skip as Agent 4 is dressed similarly to Hal, but in black that resembles his Hero Suit. He holds his Splattershot while Jelletons try to bite him from below.

Pearl Bot is struggling to hold up both their weight.

splatoon raiders tomorrow but I still don’t have a switch 2 so I will simply dream about it through art!! ✨ #splatoon #splatoonOC

Art of my OCs in their updated Raiders designs. On the left, OC Skip strikes an action pose with splatchet in hand and green ink splattering about.
On the right, a small story. OC Hal sits at desk at Hal and Skip’s home workshop. He texts Skip “Hey, I miss you.” Skip respond while out. He’s stuck in a raid and hasn’t been home in a couple days. “I miss you too 🥹” he responds, surrounded by enemy salmonids.

I’m looking forward to the upcoming Splatoon Direct. ^^ Felt like making Raiders-versions of my boys. ✨#splatoon #splatoonOC

A drawing of OC Skip. He is wearing the same outfit the Mechanic wears in Splatoon Raiders: an orange jumpsuit with the top half removed and tied around the waist, black and white sleeveless shirts that are cropped, and black fingerless gloves. His tentacle-hair is updated to fit the world of Raiders. It’s messy and split at the ends, held tied together by a thin yellow and red rope.

In one hand, Skip swings a Splatchet over his shoulder. In another, he flips a wrench into the air. The wrench unfortunately drops on his foot. YOWCH!

A drawing of the OC Hal. Like Skip, his design is updated to fit the world of Splatoon: Raiders. He wears a variation of what the Mechanic wears: a black sleeveless top decorated with pieces of a fish net, black gloves, orange pants, tan boots. He carries a black bag over his shoulder. His tentacle-hair is overgrown and styled back with chain links.
