two more doodles as I continue to nail down their design. Still do not have a name for the void bird. Since these doodles are SFW I decided to share them here. Small writeup on what's being shown in the replies. Flynn is 6 foot 5 btw. Void bird isn't even standing up straight

A monster bird OC I'm working on that will likely never appear on this account again due to it being made for nsfw-related stuff. Still, I wanted to share the concept sketch anyway because I'm very happy with it. I think they're pretty neat. :)

It doesn't matter how many times you knock him down, Ravi won't stop until he's dead. His soul burns with embers more painful than anything someone could inflict onto his body. This shell is only temporary, after all. May as well channel that useless feeling of pain into rage.

"Didn't forget about me, did ya? ✨💜" It's been FOREVER since I've drawn Flynn, I had to give him a shot with my new style, I'm super happy with how this came out. I've been so laser-focused on my fantasy project that I've neglected my first, and arguably most recognizable OC!

The Lute - Page 1 of 5 Decided to actually color this and make it my first official one-off for the story I've been working on for the past year or so. While not relevant to the main story, it gives a good idea on what Ravi and Pokiit are like and their dynamic.

Last page. Unfortunately the original page was damaged, so I had to paste the updated doodle of pokiit on top of the original page i posted last year so it could cook clean, but the paste job wasn't the best haha. I could make it look more seamless if I colored this.

(Pages 1-4) Updated version of my one-off comic featuring Ravi and Pokiit called "The Lute" Pokiit was redesigned months after making this comic, so I wanted to go back and make it more accurate to how they look now. Last page in the reply

First draft of my new lizard character, Marlow. She's a wandering mercenary. I say this is a first draft, becuase this is my first time designing a lizard character and I am horrible at drawing them, so I need practise before I can confidently nail her design down.

YIPPIE NEW BIRD OC Meet Ferra, the blacksmith! She's a Nyct-Avis (basically, an anthro northern Potoo) I'm super happy with how this turned out, I've already fallen in love with her design and am trying to figure out ways she could be more involved in my story.

HI I MADE A NEW OC She's a Potoo blacksmith! The idea came around when I thought about how fantasy worlds often have dwarves, so I was thinking about what my world's dwarves would be like and my mind went to the potoo. She needs a name, any suggestions?

this one was probably the most ambitious project I had in Bryce. I went for a LSD Dream Emulator vibe. It was super hard to figure out how to animate the camera moving while also panning it around, so I made the floor move up and down and towards the camera, then had the camera pan around after

i'd like to try redoing this someday, i'm still really proud of it but Ravi's design has changed since I made this. I know I could do it better with my current style, and could maybe try doing some simple animation

oh yeah bryce is king at skyboxes and really getting that authentic look of the era... i just wish it got some updates to bring it up to 64-bit and allow for easier previewing of renders haha. It does make for some happy accidents when you're experimenting though!

Don't underestimate Ravi. He doesn't hang in the back like most magic users. His magic is fast, volatile, and can be casted while remaining fully mobile. He's no stranger to hand-to-hand combat and is able to seamlessly juggle both styles of combat.

Despite how scary he looks, Rev is a pretty cool guy once you get to know him! Neither Ravi or Pokiit have seen what he looks like without the mask, though. For some reason, he never wants to take it off.

Retro (TooManyBirds) @toomanybirds.hoot.gay · 13/04/2026

Decided to make Ravi a little bit taller to balance out the heights a bit but even then, The Lion absolutely towers above the two of them. This would put Pokiit at 3'4", Ravi at 5 foot even, and Rev (the lion) at 9'2"

It's kinda wild to me that the character that started as a joke pic of my sona in a wizard outfit has evolved to be my most defined OC. In the short time Ravi has been a thing he's already had more actual lore and story done for him than the 8 years my first OC Flynn has existed
