In my neighborhood people let these dogs roam around without a leash. It's literally not safe to let your kids play outside because they'll just run up to you full speed and you don't know if they're being aggressive or not, only that their owners are severely irresponsible.

I think it's important to see the footage to try to analyze what might have gone wrong. There are many people who fly helicopters or design them for safe flight, shying away from footage because it's uncomfortable is a personal choice a person should make for themselves
