We're finally on stage rehearsing Always Patsy Cline (opening next week in Lone Tree). Top tier pit (it's basically @blanketorchestra.com) and two wildly talented actresses. If you're in the area, you're going to want to see this show.

My perch tonight. First game I've been to in several seasons. Also, #FJF #Sell #LetsGoOakland (it's Rockies vs Marlins)

Got my first ever Mars Attacks card today. This set will be a slow build that I may never finish but this was a pretty good deal in pretty good condition. #CardSky

These trading cards were released in 1925 and distributed in packs of cigarettes. The full set (which I own) displays the costumes from the original Gilbert and Sullivan production in England. Pretty cool set for a card collector/theater nerd like me.

Catherine O'Hara is a legend in comedy and her praises could never be over-stated. I have quoted this line from A Mighty Wind a thousand times and she just tossed it off as if it were nothing. Rest in peace.

Reviews are pouring in! Firstly, my niece did the drawing on the cover so that's not the burn you think it is. Secondly, I'm 44, ease up on the "gramps" stuff. Thirdly, telling a musician they suck is redundant. I say it every day and since the album released this weekend, I've done two remixes.

My media server scans my entire record collection and tells me which albums are sonically similar. Can you guess, from this selection, what the source album is? I'd be amazed if anyone got it mostly because of the most similar album.

New logo for my record label as I get closer to some new releases. I didn't realize as I was making it that it vaguely looks like a baseball. There was a time I would have really capitalized on that but now it'll just be a reminder of something I used to love.

Today's estate sale haul. They had a ton of #Beatles that my collection is missing but it was either over priced or already claimed. The Nilsson album was a rare departure from my strict collecting rules (only Beatles/solo, Kinks, and r&b 45s) but it's a classic record.

I'm convinced that my son (5) thinks the Switch is voice controlled. I've never heard anyone provide as much game-time commentary whilst playing Mario in my life.

There's also the issue of his number. He played just 27 games with that number before switching to 21 in the 1993 season. McGwire only homered in 4 of those games and Sierra wasn't on base for any of them. To better illustrate their height difference.

Last week's music scrobbles. I have a playlist of songs I haven't listened to in a month which has been my focus recently but this week I broke away from it a bit. The other picture is my most listened to albums in the first month of tracking my music listening.

I used to go to the one in Hayward by the airport for many a birthday party. They had what, at the time, I believed to be a 15 foot tall dog or bear dressed like Elvis that will just randomly pop into my memory. This was true nightmare fuel. (Spot little T with a gorgeous head of hair)

Things are going well at that other social network. No block for AI and no fact checkers means that John Lennon was still alive in 1999 which is news to me seeing as I thought he'd been dead my entire life and I was alive in 1999.

My top artists after two weeks of scrobbling my music plays again. I've made a smart playlist that just filters songs I haven't listened to in the past month so I've just been shuffling through those songs. I suspect my top 20 or so has quite a lot of crossover with @susanslusser.bsky.social

Is it irony that at the moment I clicked "post" on a Comcast complaint that my internet connection died?

Comcast is a garbage company with horrible customer service. I've spent far too much time trying to resolve the simplest issue and their "live agents" offer absolutely no support, guidance, or resolution.

Did some fresh landscaping and added some blue shrimp for the big tank. Hurricane Harrison did a number on this tank a few months back and I haven't been able to keep it nice without taking it to the studs. Luckily, didn't lose any fish in that time.
