I didn't mean that they actually, formally teach "public policy" at YLS. Maybe they do: National Security Law or Public Policy for Law, etc. It wouldn't surprise me. I just meant that informally, YLS seems to serve the function of a credentialing and networking mechanism to enter the field.

Don’t know. I went to a lesser law school. I don’t know how much law they teach at YLS vs public policy, journalism, and a host of other subjects. Certainly it provides entree, I would have to think.

I know. I'm not former military but I am on the apps. In all seriousness, did Dartmouth make Pete's list? I've been wondering how UChicago escaped (alum). Middlebury really stood out because its immersion programs are famed and are such a great way to acquire a language quickly. What a waste.
