Since getting tickets for this year SFA/Beta Band gig at the Ally Pally, I've been thrown back listening to Beta Band deep cuts. This album, slated at the time by the band, could have come out last week - it's aged so well. "I'm in heaven when you smiiiiile oooh!!" #TheBetaBand

First music book of '26 in the bag and I just flew through this. As a recovering self confessed music snob myself 😉 there is much in here I can relate to - from an era I lived through but can't remember much of 🥴. Highly recommended read by the super talented @annadoble.bsky.social #BookSky

Really enjoyed the 'One Hand Clapping' film about Paul McCartney and Wings tonight. I was bought up on a mixture of Simon and Garfunkel/Beatles/Wings/Disco versions of various Star Wars themes on various battered cassettes so this brought back some cool memories 🤘 #nowwatching #PaulMcCartney

First music book of 2025 in the bag - a really open and honest tale of pre fame Suede. Had no idea of his background really so learnt a lot too, and I've been hammering their first 2 records ever since I picked it up. Book 2 next I think. #booksky 💙📚 #Suede #NowReading #BrettAnderson

Good, hard earned 3 points. Peterborough aren't a bad team so I'll take 1-0.Okonkwo had nothing to do and O'Connell headed pretty much everything with Rathbone brilliant in the middle.Still a concern about the final 3rd stuff though - Marriott is a big miss this season. #Wrexham #WrexhamAFC #WxmAFC
