Which is why this free market idea is bullshit, The only reason why capitalism has existed as long as it has is because of regulation not in spite of it.Capitalism leads to oligarchy, which we are seeing right now. Socialism on the other hand, leads to authoritarianism.

No, I’m not saying a few bad apples. I’m saying there is no economic system that works in practice. I’m not arguing for capitalism, I just don’t think the 2 options are only one or the other. There are supposed to be checks and balances to capitalism that can just be ignored.
