Over 10 years, NIHR recorded very few applications focused on LGB mental health — and none were funded in 2025. Given the scale of the inequalities, this deserves scrutiny. Full analysis: www.linkedin.com/feed/update/... #NIHR #LGBT

One of Paul Flowers’ concluding points in his keynote was the importance of supporting the next generation of qualitative researchers. I think mentorship from more experienced researchers is very advantageous—not only for early career success in academia, but also for achieving impact #qmip2025

Michael Larkin also discusses AI in qualitative analysis. Similar to Virginia Braun’s points, "we" are the instrument of analysis. AI simply identifies topics that are spoken about; it is not performing analysis, and we need to resist the idea that AI is doing an analysis #qmip2025
