No matter what McGuire says, he has gutted rural healthcare with no real remedy. When the Big Ugly Bill's Medicaid cuts fully hit, thousands of hardworking Virginians will lose healthcare or be unable to afford it. The so-called "Rural Health Transformation Fund" is a band-aid on a bullet wound.
