Unanswered questions: We know a little about 4 of the noncitizen registrations in Lancaster Co. but nothing about the 5th We know 3 came via PennDOT; the state caught them after and alerted Lanc. Co. We know 1 was registered by county elex office, but not how or why state caught it but not county.

UPDATE: Wu’s family is currently trying to post bond for his release. They hope he can return home today ahead of his immigration case hearing Monday. Wu is at ICE’s Moshannon Valley facility, a 2.5 hour drive from his home.
