Definitely Sennen. Taken just south of the valley half along the beach, on the way back to the top car park. Gwynver starts beyond the sticky out rocks you can see in the distance.

Yes - quite a few! Saw some around Sennen, then more up around Cot Valley, Cape Cornwall and Botallack. It’s great to see them doing so well!

Loads of surfers out - it looked fantastic! I took a run up to Botallack and back, and by the time I was done I was ready to get in the sea with them. It is one of my favourite areas.

We’ve spent many, many hours over the past few months searching the rock pools of Cornwall for a rainbow sea slug. Today, we finally found one! Absolutely worth all the time we’ve spent - it was truly breathtaking.

My club’s new gig taking shape, thanks to the expert work of boat builder Peter Williams of Fowey. Watching a hand made boat come to life like this over several months is something that never fails to fascinate me.

Another gig rowing season done. It’s been a good one with some great results that I’m really proud of. Not the end we were looking for at Newquay today, but we couldn’t have given any more in some really tough conditions.

I couldn’t quite fit Ricky’s Race in unfortunately. But I’ve had some wonderful long runs exploring the trails around Ashford, Bakewell, Monsal Head, Sheldon, Eyam, Stoney Middleton, Great Longstone etc. You live in a really beautiful area. I’ll be back!
