Almost getting hit 3 times while driving 2 miles to the grocery, and getting a cussing in an unfamiliar language, reminds me of an issue. Many of our newer immigrants seem to have gotten a drivers license without ability to drive. Dewine wanted mandatory training for Haitians, but dropped it.
