This is a photo of a Keychron Q10 keyboard, which has an Alice (or "Arisu") arrangement. In addition to having the keyboard split in half and the inner groups of keys on both the left and right halves turned inward at the top, the Alice arrangement often includes two letter B keys, one on either side of the split. In this screenshot, the two letter B keys at the bottom are encircled with a yellow oval to highlight this discrepancy.

At the top of this particular screenshot is also a picture of a Cherry MX Brown keyboard switch, but this is incidental to the photo.

Spent the day finishing up Van's new white tiger PC build, re-flowing cables behind the system board, moving the hard drives over, solving driver issues causing varied blue screens, and updating all the utilities. Working well now, his first new build in a decade. Video card not pictured inside.
