As proof that I am still an artist despite the long stretches between #art posts, here is a sketch of my #Starfinder2e character. More details when I post a finished version.

A humanoid character clad in a black, gray, and purple combat suit. There is a hood over their head and they're wearing a full face mask with built in goggles. There is a generic sci-fi pistol in their right hand that is clearly drawn without reference.

This comes up in tabletop RPG discussion a lot too and I think it's a bit silly considering when firearms were made. Bonus image from a while ago that happens to overlap with the 'post a meme made by you' trend:

It's the 'angel descending from the heavens' meme. A guy is griping about how firearms in RPGs aren't historically accurate and the angel hands him a note saying guns were invented before rapiers.

A random plant monster appears! Meant to be a quick warm-up sketch but snowballed into this. #art

A green humanoid plant creature with a wide, flytrap-like opening in their chest that has ten vine tentacles shooting out of it.

At last, the final Cursed Relics, Week 4. Might be my favorite, likely because I was able to spend more time on it than the others. I had so much fun with these and I'm looking forward to next year. Week Four's prompts: • Solar Elixir • Starry Cloak • Demon's Urn #cursedrelics2025 #art

A strong woman with fair skin and short, combed back dark hair is wearing a white one piece swimsuit. Armor of overlapping metal plates covers her right arm, torso, and hips with matching metal greaves on her white boots. She also wears a cloak with a starfield pattern and her right arm cradles a red urn that is sculpted to look like a scowling demon's face. Her right had is holding a glowing potion vial from which she is drinking.

Cursed Relics Week 3. I was sick for a while so this is the abridged version of what could have been but I'm still happy with it. Week Three's prompts: • Nightroot Fruit • Abyss Crown • Eclipse Orb #cursedrelics2025 #art

A chimpanzee sits in the dark. It is wearing a pronged circlet that has created a dark hole in its head. It is staring at a glowing orb held in its left hand and is chewing a bite from the oblong, root-covered fruit in its right hand. A dark liquid is dripping from the fruit and the chimp's mouth.

After a trip out of town for a few days delaying me, I've finally finished my second week of Cursed Relics. I had a blast working on this one. Week Two's prompts: • Dragon Crest • Stormclay Ocarina • Portal Key #cursedrelics2025 #art

An orange haired cat person wearing dark red leather armor and a bright red cowl with a fin on top. They're holding in their right hand an ocarina shaped like a cloud and thunderbolt. In their outstretched left hand they hold an oversized, spiral shaped key. Electricity is coming out of the ocarina and is flowing into the key, which is glowing with a blue light. On the right side of the image is a blue glowing portal opening with a clawed hand and four tentacles reaching out of it. The cat person is quite shocked to see it. There is a caption panel in the upper left that reads, "It's simple." explained the old wizard. "The Stormclay Ocarina generates electricity. The Dragon Crest (yes you have to wear it) protects you from the lethal charge. The energy flows into the Portal Key which gives it enough power to open the back wall of the vault. The best part? It's completely unguarded inside! You'll be fine alone."

It's time once again for Cursed Relics, a no stress October art project created by @albabbgg.bsky.social . There's three prompts a week for four weeks and you can draw them separately or together. Week One's prompts: • Shadowfang Blade • Lunar Scars • Moonlight Scythe #cursedrelics2025 #art

A large purple ogre-like man with curved horns and a glowing crescent shaped scar on his chest holds a staff topped with a glowing crescent moon blade. In front of this ogre, facing him with her back to the viewer, is a smaller woman in blue and gold futuristic armor decorated with star shapes. She is holding a matching shield in her left hand and a sharp, curved, purple sword in her right hand.

Not sure why I'm seeing so much sexy Watto #art being reposted but here's something I drew waaaay back in 2010 that somehow fits right in. You're welcome and I'm sorry.

This is a bit of a cheat as far as posting new art goes since I started it over a year ago. It was a replacement PC for a #Pathfinder2e game that had a TPK & ultimately ended up abandoned. It became a go-to test piece for rendering & brush experiments for several months but I'm calling it done. #art

Grinning elf with long dark hair wearing plate armor.

Happy Star Wars Day! Here's a drawing from waaay back in 2016 when I foolishly felt the need to correct a spelling error on the internet. #starwarsday #maythe4th #yoda #wookiee #art

Yoda in front of a chalkboard using his cane to point out the spelling of the word Wookiee and he's saying, "Always two, there are." in reference to the two letter E's at the end of the word.

Very happy with this character token sketch of the fleshwarp monk I'm playing in a new #Pathfinder2e game. The red circle of the token was provided by the GM and I sketched the character in just under 90 minutes so it would be ready in time for the game. I'm definitely going to try this style again.

A portrait of a fleshwarp monk wearing a hooded, sleeveless, ragged brown shirt and holding a hooked chain with both hands. They have large pointy teeth, no visible eyes, and their bruise-colored skin seems to be made of long worm-like threads. The art is framed by a circle of red blood and will be used as a character token on a virtual tabletop.

I can't be the only one who always takes Assurance: Medicine for their characters because they've been burned by bad rolls in the past, right? #Pathfinder2e #TTRPG #PF2 #Paizo

The "Never Again" meme template, originally from owlturd.com. The first panel has a smiling pink slime in a box and says, "Level 3, Expert in Medicine." Second panel has the pink slime exiting the box and says, "Time to heal my friends." The third panel has the pink slime getting punched by a fist that is labeled, "Natural 1." The fourth and final panel has the pink slime back inside the box but the walls are much thicker and all four sides of the box are labeled, "Assurance." Under the box are the words, "Never Again."

Hey there #TTRPG folks! If you're a #Pathfinder2e enthusiast like me you may have noticed a need for more conrasu art in the community. So I made six new conrasu images, all of which are now available on Pathfinder Infinite. Links are below. ⬇️ Reposts appreciated! #PathfinderInfinite #conrasu #art

My secret project has been a slog the last few weeks and I was about to give up but a breakthrough has renewed my drive. So right now I'm about an hour into step 5 of the Creative Process and I can see step 6 on the horizon. What I'm saying folks is keep at that pet project! It will be awesome.

Text graphic showing the Creative Process as accredited to psychologist Adam Grant. It is a 7 step list. Step 1: This is awesome! Step 2: This is tricky. Step 3: This is terrible. Step 4: I am terrible. Step 5: This might be okay. Step 6: This is awesome! Step 7: I am awesome!

It's week 4 of #CursedRelics2024 ! As a reminder, this is a no stress October art project created by @albabbgg.bsky.social . It runs for 4 weeks & each week has 3 words. You can do 3 drawings or combine them, which is what I've done here. This week's words are: Flute, Potion, Moonstone #CursedRelics

A squat, pointed eared goblin man. He has a large, pointy nose, white bushy eyebrows, two curved antennae with small orbs at the end of them, and a large, round moonstone embedded in his forehead. He is holding a red, pear-shaped, glass potion vial in his right hand and is blowing hard into a pan flute that he holds in his left hand. He is wearing nothing but tighty whitey underwear and white bunny slippers.

In October 2022 I challenged myself to draw one #Pathfinder2e #ttrpg character each day. At the time there were 31 playable ancestries so I drew one of each with a randomly selected class. I'll be reposting them here in the order they were made. Day 31: Strix Druid #art #Oc2ber2022

A male humanoid with pointed ears, clawed feet, and feathered wings is wearing layered leather armor and holds a sickle in his left hand. His right hand is extended at the viewer as he commands his bald eagle companion to attack as lightning flashes behind them.

Post your most popular art from Twitter. In late 2019 I drew #fanart of the Chain of Acheron, a live streamed #ttrpg group from @hellomcdm.bsky.social . I arranged them in the same pose as seen in the first #Avengers movie, hence the Avengers font in the #art.

A group shot of the characters from MCDM's Chain of Acheron posed the same as the Avengers when they are standing over Loki at the end of the Avengers movie from 2012. More information about the Chain of Acheron, including descriptions and backgrounds, can be found here: https://mcdm.fandom.com/wiki/The_Chain_of_Acheron
