FF16 cutting to a camera shot as physically far away as possible the moment Dion kisses his partner remains one of the funniest gay reps I've ever seen in a game, the rest of the scene is shockingly intimate and then they do this:

10th anniversary of VA-11 Hall-A: Cyberpunk Bartender Action today. Remains my favourite Visual Novel of all time and like a top 3 game all time for me to this day. It has (unfortunately really for the state of the world) only aged like wine! Also shoutout Garoad dropping a banger anniversary album

There's still a lot of good in that era but the sense of a universe that the doctor greatly impacts is shockingly thin for a series that really wants to sell to you how important the doctor is to the universe.
