I’m at Google Atlanta today. Since it’s their Cloud office, security was really tight. I was greated by a private escort upon arrival but I didn’t actually notice it until he went with me to the bathroom. I asked if he wanted me to pee in a cup while he was at it.

I’ve got the giggles today. And it’s like a jingle in my head that won’t stop: “I’d like to be pope, that’d be my number one choice.” - Trump You just can’t make this stuff up. It’s golden! Or should I say, it’s gold-plated.

And renamed the Golf of Mexico.

Not jailed, not bailed, not hailed, just failed. Gold-plated, he baited, and hated while the people just waited. A hollowed-out throne that the desperate protected. Paraded, degraded, evaded, invaded. While the hopes of the many grew jaded and faded.

To loose the chains, to bind the torn, to shelter the hunted, to crown the scorned. The first hundred days were a siren's call— but the mercy of heaven outlasts them all. We stand in the shadow of Calvary's tree. No throne-room can claim what died to be free.

These drives don't last long - it looks like they're not even solid state. I'm curious what companies are out there that really are making a concerted effort to archive knowledge in a way that has more longevity.
