I'm mourning Lindsey Graham's death. Not because of Lindsey Graham. He was a warmonger. But because it means we'll no longer get to hear Seth Meyers' best impression...

How is your math on this? 3 Raimi 2 Amazing 3 Home 2 Spider-Verse = 10 movies Brand New Day would be no. 11 then. If we also count the SPUMC movies: 3 Venom 1 Morbius 1 Madame Web 1 Kraven = 6 movies Brand New Day would be no. 17 then.

@gamechanger.dropout.tv At the end of this season, can we have an extended version of this week's #GameChanger episode where we can see the chronological progress of all shifts. I am really curious how many cycles the contestants needed.

I absolutely adore James Marsden as President Cal Bradford in #Paradise. And I think he shows what qualities are actually needed in a leader. They don't need to know everything. They need to have empathy, be able to communicate that and have an understanding of their place in the world.

#Kimmel is back, now CBS, uncancel #TheLateShow. (I hear you attempt another merger, which means you need to go in front of the administration's approval again, better to have your Ace back on your sleeve...)

Lasst Eure Autokorrektur diesen Satz vervollständigen: "Wenn ich morgens vor allen anderen wach bin..." Wenn ich morgens vor allen anderen wach bin, in der Nähe von der Seite der Welt wird es wie immer sehr gut.

@mikeflanaganfilm.com I've finally seen #TheLifeOfChuck & it's wonderful. Even though I was slightly worried about how the film would end, the way it actually ended was perfect. Immediately had to write a short but honest LB review! My ★★★★½ review of The Life of Chuck on Letterboxd boxd.it/aNOrk9

A ★★★★½ review of The Life of Chuck (2024)

I was expecting to give this film a lower rating because I feared it would spoonfeed the viewer the resolution of the 3rd act, since I understood one third through the 1st act. Fortunately, it didn't....

@legaleagle.tv I got a question. With all those ICE raids in American cities and deportations to El Salvador without due process or care whether those migrants are actually criminals, there have also been reports of people being detained while not in healthy conditions. (1/2)

@dantrachtenberg.bsky.social Just watched Predator: #KillerOfKillers. AMAZING! Fantastic story and gorgeous artwork! (Though that final shot hurt me...) Also loved that everyone spoke in their native tongue again. What are the chances that we will get a physical release for this one as well?

@drewtailored.bsky.social @charlesh00d.bsky.social #LightTheFuse Wanted to share my second viewing of #TheFinalReckoning with you. This time in IMAX on the world's largest theatre screen! (Sorry for my fingers in the frame of the 2nd picture; didn't want to bother anybody with secretly taking it.)

Since the right wing media in the USA claimed that the Biden administration purposefully set the #tdov on Easter Sunday (that obviously was only a coincidence), I want to use this year's #tdov to point out that the #trump administration set this year's Easter Sunday on Hitler's birthday! A disgrace!

#langsky Tengo créditos por audible y quiero usarlos por audiolibros en español (original). Tenéis sugerencias? Me gusta la trilogía de Orïsha (niños de sangre y hueso, ...) de Tomi Adeyemi. Algo similar está preferido.

Just watched 5th episode of #Paradise and wondered why she has that object (keeping it vague for those who haven't watched). And just while I was doing something completely different, it clicked and I think I solved it... GOD I LOVE THAT SHOW!

Hey, I'm starting Spanish B2 in April and I wanted to improve my oral and written comprehension of long texts. Do you know (audio)books in Spanish you could recommend? For reference point: I like to read female centered stories and was / am reading Tomi Adeyemi's Orïsha trilogy. #langsky

I have never watched a halftime show or a Super Bowl for that matter. Also have never intentionally listened to a song by Kendrick Lamar. But after hearing about the Lamar/Drake-beef last year and that Lamar won a Grammy for that song, and that Samuel L. Jackson, I watched it today. It was cool.

I am up to date on #Paradise. A really good show with very well-structured episodes. Even when the episode starts rather uninteresting, you're gonna get hooked by the end of it.

@nandovmovies.bsky.social Loved your Spider-Man video (and the Marvel PR one, too) on NandoCut but I think, you should really do Nando v Movies videos where you create a story with a wild mix of characters. This seems really fun!

One of the exercises I had for Spanish (B2) for today consisted of 2 audio files. I understood the gist, but absolutely had no idea how to answer the corresponding questions... My hearing comprehension sucks this semester.
