Welp my luck with amtrak delays doesn’t end. Apparently a medical emergency onboard and they had to call EMS Not life threatening or anything. Guy is back onboard.

Morning pittsburgh, i wish i got to stay here but nonetheless onwards to DC That was probably my worst night on amtrak. I keep getting unlucky and pairing with someone and this time he was blasting music and movies on full blast all night :(

Met ollie (otter on the right) and roxy (the fox) on the amtrak today apart of their Rails and Trail program which is probably the most interesting thing to happen on this amtrak trip haha

Had such an amazing time in St Louis! The arch was breath taking and the zoo was awesome. Will definitely have to visit again soon!! Now onwards to chicago for a 6 hour layover and then DC! 📷: @kezl.bsky.social

And after 31 hours (oh my god) i made it to STL! Def messed with my plans a lot so will be doing EVERYTHING in st louis tomorrow!! (Fun fact: the train that I was on is once again not moving and is stuck just outside of st louis again lmao)

Theyve been giving out snack packs and water for the delay. Apparently sometimes they give out meals but we will see (Funny enough these snack packs were out at the start of the trip before the delay even haha)

After being stationary for 10 hours weve finally made it to a station. Waiting for a crew change atm but hopefully should make it to st louis before tonight
