I only just realized that the playable Lakitu in Mario Kart 7, 8, and Tour has goggles instead of the typical glasses. But also, his icon in 8 depicts him with glasses instead of the goggles!! This is madness!!!!

Lakitu from Mario Kart 8. Notice his goggles.

Lakitu's icon from Mario Kart 8. Notice his glasses (notably, they have thin arms rather than the thicker goggle strap).

Maybe I should spend $10 to get 1,000 LEGO balls of different colors.

Bricklink listings of LEGO Technic Ball Joint pieces, in lime, orange, black, red, bright light orange, and dark pink. Each are only $0.01.

A rather silly Cinnamon from one of my daily doodles. My goal with these doodles is always just to draw SOMETHING- doesn't have to be good, doesn't have to be anything substantial. But I like this one :)

Gave redesigns to a couple characters of mine in preparation of Art Fight! Namely, the powerful pirate Nadia, and the yo-yo-wielding swashbuckler Flannery.

A drawing of a strongfat pirate woman with white hair with a blue gradient, a red captain's coat, a navy captain's hat with a red crab on it, gray boots, and a belt wrapped around the outside of the coat. She bares her sharp teeth and cracks her knuckles, releasing lightning. Text reads: Nadia Stromboldt. 40 years old, Daredevil, Pirate, Pan.

A drawing of a pink-haired catboy doing the "walk the dog" trick with his sun-and-moon yo-yo. He wears a blue coat, black pants, white-and-gold boots, an orange shoulder cape, and white fingerless gloves that expose his big hairy werecat hands. Text reads, "Flannery Carnegie, 22 years old, Swashbuckler, Half-Werecat, Bi".

Every year, I must make at least a few funny little Mario sprites

Small sprites of Bowser, Mario, Luigi, Peach, and Toad. They each use only 3 colors per sprite.

Had a very lovely time at Boston Pride today with @voidarcade.bsky.social and @florrrfauna.bsky.social! As you can see by these stickers, the people of Boston really get it

Ta-da! Peach's Castle in Tomodachi Life! I spent a lot of time making sure the bricks and detailing (mostly) lined up, and I think it turned out great!

I also found this mod that lets Majima's hair down. I have got to kiss him IMMEDIATELY

Like this! I used a sphere as the base shape. It's mostly doable with just the circle tool, but due to how the UV mapping works, you'll have to make some pixel-by-pixel adjustments for some things like the edges of the eyes to make them look properly round.

Within my brain, there is a rich and beautiful world in which every Pathfinder 2e class is assigned to a different Mario character. Here is a peek into my mind palace
