Today we celebrate one year since Scott Minton was officially exonerated after spending over 30 years behind bars. Convicted in 1994 based on a coerced confession and unreliable eyewitness identification, he had 18 alibi witnesses and receipts proving he was elsewhere.

BREAKING NEWS on TIP Client, Andrew Hayes: After nearly 20 years, the Shelby County District Attorney’s Office announced at a press conference yesterday that Andrew Hayes was wrongfully convicted. As a result, the state will no longer stand in the way of vacating Andrew’s conviction.

Today marks four years since Joyce Watkins was fully exonerated after 27 years of wrongful incarceration. On January 12, 2022, all charges were dismissed against Joyce, affirming her innocence in the 1988 murder and sexual assault case that had upended her life.

🧵Today, we celebrate seven years of freedom for our former client, Josh Horner. Josh was wrongfully convicted of sexually abusing a child in April 2017 and sentenced to fifty years in prison, effectively a life sentence for the then 41-year-old.
