I had an outpatient procedure done yesterday. 24 hours later, I'm still thinking about how pretty the nurse who walked me down to my friend's car was. Also, her hijab had gold glitter in the fabric. My post-anesthesia brain thought this was AMAZING AND BEAUTIFUL and I made sure to tell her so 😂

They are damned lucky the uphill neighbor is a retired nurse + the new EMS/fire station is literally 0.1 miles up the hill. Because if they blow their hands off, I do not think the MCAS could physically handle the adrenaline surge required to save their asses from bleeding to death.
