I feel like he didn’t fully answer the questions, because there were 2 of them and it’s the second question he skipped that I have more interest in. Flats took a rough rookie in Hellebuyck and helped make him the elite goalie he is today. I’d expect Skinner to become more consistent under Flats.

What the Jets should do is sue him for breach of contract. None of this ‘don’t have to pay him while he sits’ bullshit. He damaged the Jets’ ability to get full trade value first by going public with his demand and now by sitting out. He’ll get traded, but his bank account needs to suffer as well.

Sports psychology seems to be a natural fit, but more towards things outside of the actual sport the athlete is in. Things like substance abuse and just overall mental health issues. It’s extremely commendable of him. I wish him all the luck!

If your backups are done properly, then restoration is likely much easier. Also, stop giving users system privileges they don’t need to perform their job! It’s often those users that unwittingly provide the way in. I’m being overly simplistic here, but that’s the overall gist of it IMO.

Again, companies need to assume they are going to get hacked. Yes, preventing intrusions is very important, but not at the expense of a proper restoration plan which includes having multiple backups on multiple media.

In plain English, that means when content is written, there is no way to overwrite it outside of full deletion. Mission-critical systems should also have physical backups using tape and/or hard drives, made daily and also kept offsite at a secure location.

Companies need to start realizing that they are going to get hacked if somebody wants to hack them. Full stop. Offsite backups should be with multiple unassociated vendors and using completely different credentials for each backup. Backups should also be WORM which is write once, read many.
