Have you played any mods for Red Alert 2 or 3? Unfortunately, no new cinematics, but there's some good experiences there. I guess there's Dying Breed for this brand of cinematic, buuuut the game itself ain't good at all and they were deliberately going for camp so it's not as sincere.
