It’s a parable. Hell, the eschatological vision of the ”rapture” isn’t even accepted by most Christian denominations. They don’t preach about the left behind and what not. It’s an evangelical concept and has a whole bunch of different variations. Me, I like Blind Willie Johnson’s version
