I always tell my clients this. If they just cut out foods with "added sugar" and eat more whole foods. They'll not only lose weight, but feel better. Processed foods and foods that have extra sugars added are super inflated with calories and easy to over eat.

RFK Jr being the head of HHS is the scariest part of the Trump presidency for me. I just hope doctors are somehow able to pushback on anything he tries to do.
