I mean, even in some African countries, people have Nationalized healthcare. And before you try to tell me I'm wrong, I used to live in West Africa. I could get anything I wanted at a pharmacy, had plenty of clinic visits, and had village fam who used their clini and even had hospital stays.

OELA is already dismantled. Any student receiving services to ensure they become proficient in English (the supposed official language of our country) will no longer get services in many states, if not all. I was furiously trying to download docs before they all disappear. Some already had.
