I'm setting up a streaming service that's just adverts. Everyone loves adverts, we love it when a live sports broadcast cuts away in the middle of the action for some ads. Same with TV shows and films. We all especially love it when the ads are all at different volumes, really helps the immersion.

I got used to the Caterham Academy car after about 30 minutes practice in iRacing. It's good fun. I feel like I can be faster in it but I'm not spinning out in it now, you can slide it quite easily. I'd love to do the Caterham academy in real life but I don't have 45k sitting about.

Bought the Caterhams and the Valkyrie in the new iRacing update. Drove the Valkyrie around the Nordschleife for 5 laps, had a blast, didn't crash once and felt like a racing god. Tried the Caterham Academy car at Knockhill and I can barely drive it without crashing. I'm no longer a racing god.

If you are Scromiting please cut back on the weed, it will help you. I'd also recommend asking your doctor for Prochlorperazine Buccal tablets that melt in your mouth, they helped a lot. Not everyone can go down the legal route but if you can look into it for your own health.

I've never had it off 'legal' medicinal Cannabis but the amounts you can buy are heavily regulated for reason like this I suppose. I also think that it's safer because of the regulations in the medical cannabis sector. You also don't really know what your getting on the street.

Now that I've cut back drastically I've not Scromited for 2 years or something like that. Sickness injections at the hospital or doctors was the only thing to stop me throwing up at the time. I have Prochlorperazine buccal on prescription for it but I hardly use them since I cut back on heavy use.

I've had that 'scromiting' thing being reported on when I regularly used street weed. I was smoking too much though, I was smoking over a half ounce a week, probably close a quarter a day plus edibles and cannibis oil. You literally throw up every 10 minutes for over 24 hours. It's horrific.

I really like Karun Chandhok on Sky F1. I think I actually prefer the alternative commentary team. Bernie, Naomi and Jamie are good additions since I last watched it a few years ago. Anthony Davidson is still the best Sky have on their team I my opinion.
