I've had a completely different experience where before I can even express discomfort, the guys I bring will 0 hesitation "start shit" on my behalf. Every guy I know has been a victim at some point and I have stood up for a lot of them during it. It's easy to forget your life isn't universal.

🫡 Appreciate the shout to male victims too. It's very rare they get to be part of the conversation. I've had female abusers and knew a lot of men and boys who got hurt. Every guy I know has a story. It's not as rare as people like to think. Wishing healing for them all regardless of gender.
