Playing Pokemon XD Gale of Darkness and it's me and my team of lesbians vs the world!

Screenshot from Pokemon XD Gale of Darkness showing my current team very early in the game.
Mareep named Bloomfield, after Megan Bloomfield from But I'm a Cheerleader
Teddiursa named Lezzyursa.
Houndour named Gideon Nav from Gideon the Ninth. Just the most fitting.
Espeon named Lesbeon.
Ledyba named Lezzyba.
Spheal named Sappheal.

Okay, one more thing and I'm done, but I'm just posting the last bit of the Iusticia fight without DKB music, because I still love my music choices I modded into the game and this has two examples.

None of this is amusing to anyone but me, but by gum I'm tickled. So I did the inverse: the Iusticia fight with Abracajabya's boss theme.

So I'm playing DK Bananza for the first time. Got to this boss that, as a seasoned Bayonetta player, gave me some flashbacks to Iusticia and I just had to add it's boss theme over it. Delightful contrast.

Couldn't sleep, so I made a little vent comic and took semi-blurry pictures on my phone. Again, it's late. The alt text shouldn't be blurry.

"It used to be so easy for me to make friends"
First panel
"Offline or Online I'd just ask to be friends"
Offline side has an extended hand with a speech bubble with a question mark in it.
Online side has two open chat windows. One reads "Any open slots on your friend list?" and the window over it reads "Wanna be friends?"
"And it worked most of the time"
Offline side, the outstretched hand meets another for a handshake. Another speech bubble, but with a check mark this time.
Online side the messages read:
"Any open slots on your friend list?" sent
"lol yep
How's it going?"as receiving messages, but is covered by the other window reading:
"Wanna be friends?" on sent side.
"Sure!
[name] invited you to play [some game]" on receiving side.

Second panel
"But now I'll try the same online"
Two chat windows
First reads "Want to be friends?"
Second reads "Any open slots for potential friendship?"
"And get ignored by everyone"
First chat window:
Want to be friends?
Just bumping in case I got buried"
Second chat window:
Any slots for potential friendship?
Just bumping my little question."

"Offline..."

Panel of a bearded man, face shadowed over as he avoids the gaze of the eyeballs floating around him.
Text above the image reads "I get stared at and glared at like I'm not a person. So I don't try."

Panel of a broken doll or gingerbread man, I don't know what I was going for.
Text reads: "Around when my health got bad, it started to feel like I became the most undesireable person. Fundamentally broken." Yes I spelled undesirable incorrectly, but we're keeping it in there. I may be a lot of things, but a liar is not one of them! As a note, "Undesireable" is written on the torso of the broken thing, the other words kind of surrounding the figure.
Text next to the panel reads: "Somehow it's clocked even in messages, I guess"

Two panels that look like they once were one, a slanted cut separating them.
The top panel reads: "I really just wish I at least had people to do things with" with an image of a man playing a game. Some kind of game that involves hunting monsters, potentially. Probably because these are some of the games that make these thoughts crop up a lot.

Lower panel showing a zoom in of the game, looking at the party list. It's just my name Malcolm, and the three empty slots where allies would be instead read: "No friends" "Get used to it" "Failure"
Text at the bottom reads: "But that's starting to feel impossible..."

Yee-haw! Turns out I'm so gay that I AM canon yaoi.

Fan-made Undertale "which of the 7 soul virtues are you?" with my result being Justice. Followed in order by Integrity, perseverance, kindness, bravery, determination, patience.

A brief descriptor of my quiz results saying how being a justice with a second strongest virtue of integrity is the golden pair. Cowboy x danseur.

Mistria's full release on Wednesday is breaking me out of my unintentional streaming hiatus. Gonna be all I stream for a bit. Looking forward to marrying Hayden and making us DINKs and a two farmer household.

Screenshot of stream schedule for the week. All games streamed are Fields of Mistria. Wednesday, the day the 1.0 release is out, starts at around 11am PDT. Thursday, Friday, and Sunday it starts around 10am PDT.

Turns out the rom I've been doing my Majora's Mask playthrough of REALLY doesn't like south clock town. That's where it crashed during the last stream of it and it's done it a couple times when I try to get back where I was. But lately, it goes to this screen and freezes. South Clock Town's haunted.

Black and white image of Link in the White World from SMT4. His bunny hood and confused expression really fit the vibe.

Thinking about that cute pirate that's only in one episode of Moomins.

Cute pirate. Brown goatee, reddish-brown hair that's more magenta closer to his scalp. Does that mean his hair is actually pink and he just hasn't dyed it in a while?

Glammed up my main to look closer to the archwizard.

Roegadyn sitting on a bench with his arms crossed and eyes closed, probably napping since being alive is exhausting. He has his sunblock on, as everyone should! Purple shirt with the sleeves rolled up, a tie, a red vest. Black slacks, dark brown socks, and brown dress shoes.

I'm having trouble sleeping, so I did a thing I saw done by some people I don't follow. Some details/explanations in alt text, character limit willing. Tried to limit to not overlapping series, but some of these answers would be just too dishonest otherwise. grids.fun/t/about-me-v...

About Me: Video Games

Favorite Game: Kingdom Hearts
It altered my brain chemistry when I played this as a little lad and the whole series has influenced my views, thoughts processes, etc. in so many ways, for better or worse.

Best Story: Final Fantasy X.
I think about it often and how many games try to do what FFX did, but don't do nearly as well.

Favorite Art Style: Yoshi's Island

Biggest Personal Impact: Kingdom Hearts

Best Combat: Bayonetta

Overhated: Forspoken
People who hate on this need to be so honest with themselves about this; if Frey was exactly the same except a generic white man instead of a black woman, y'all would've eaten this up! She's fine and you all need to do better.

Underrated: Digital Devil Saga duology

Overrated: Last of Us
The story is middling and carried by it's performances. Everyone I've seen obsessed with it seems easily manipulate-able.

Needs a Remake: Rule of Rose
Don't touch the story, voice acting, locations, characters, symbolism, etc.. Just fix the combat and exploration. I could make a whole post about this

Criminally Overlooked: Clock Tower 3
It's a lot of fun. Could've been it's own IP with franchise potential with the Rooders.

Favorite Protagonist: Final Fantasy X/X-2
I love Yuna so much.

Favorite Antagonist: Haunting Ground
Lorenzo is fine, but Daniella is who I'm really thinking about for this.

Best Soundtrack: Octopath Traveler II

Best Multiplayer: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles IV Turtles in Time

Not Usually My Thing, But...: Cookie Clicker

Turn My Brain Off: Metroid Dread

Best with Friends: Resident Evil 5
Honorable mention: Goof Troop

Best Retro Game: Legend of Zelda A Link to the Past

Nostalgic Childhood Game: Final Fantasy Mystic Quest
This gets a weird amount of hate when it's literally a well-rounded introduction to JRPGs for kids type of game. And the music slaps!

Game Everyone Should Play: Chrono Trigger
Almost didn't put it on, because it's too obvious, but it really fits this perfectly.

It's been raining most of the day, but the Sun decided to say "hey girl" on her way out.

Uh oh, the twitch recap is here. I genuinely thought my Mario Odyssey playthrough was last year. That's how slow this year has felt. lol Honestly surprised Paper Mario TTYD didn't get in there. I dickle-daddled a lot that playthrough.

Condé Echoes of Wisdom has my entire heart.

The abominable, no, adorable snowman Condé from Legend of Zelda Echoes of Wisdom. Big fluffy creature with sad eyes holding onto a lantern. He deserves the world.

She's a Bayonetta character to me. In fact, I would have even more fun playing as Jeanne if there was a mod that gave her a Leblanc costume.

Leblanc from Final Fantasy X-2. Her 2D art. She's just serving, as she always does.

Screenshot from one of the Godzilla movies, I don't know I haven't watched any, of a man saying, "It may sound primitive and unscientific, but through the fairies, we could ask Mothra to help." Which honestly? At this point I would do that.

Take the fictional characters quiz and post the first four you know: openpsychometrics.org/tests/charac... I only kind of know Jane Eyre, but she's at the top so I'm leaving her there. The vibes look fruity, (maybe too) honest, and VERY shy/reserved. I hope I get a better ending than some of them.

Going through Dragon Quest XI again and Sylvando really is the best.

That meme of a large book and a smaller book next to it. Caption above the bigger book is "Dragon Quest XI." Contrasted by the smaller book with the caption "Dragon Quest XI if Sylvando was the Luminary." Because it's true. He holds himself back for the sake of the protagonist.

@eiffel.art Happy VD, Matt! Here's my attempt at that flower Aerith has, but floating around the lifestream. ...a little ominous, in retrospect, but was supposed to just be pretty. lol Anyway, I hope you and all those with strongest ties to your heart have a good one.

A flower with six yellow petals and nine red... pistil? in the center. I don't know enough about flowers to know if that's the correct term. But the flower is in front of a background glowing green and a light blue. Strands of green energy about, because that's just what green energy does.

@jojobuu.bsky.social Happy VD, Jojo! This was my... attempt at that seashell in Moomins that Snorkmaiden gives to Moomintroll, and then he gives away because he wants to look inside a briefcase. I dunno, couldn't think of a Moomin flower. lol I hope you, your bf, and close friends have a good one!

A pink, heart-shaped seashell on a beach. ...kind of looks like it might get swept up by the sea, looking at it now, but I tried! Otherwise it's a little too hard to tell that it's a seashell.
